Essential Requirements:

Previous sales and/or cold calling experience

Natural charisma; good at building quick rapport

Quick thinking with good common sense

Switched on and bright

Articulate phone manner

An interest in Cyber Security

Good writing skills

Strong organization skills

Excellent experience with Outlook, Word and Excel

Preferred:

Degree in a related field (cyber security, computer science, engineering)

At least 3-5 years of experience in cyber security sales recruitment, job recruiters, headhunters, or other recruitment-related positions.

360 RECRUITMENT CYCLE​
​
There is no glass ceiling; we operate a 360 recruitment cycle and you can work as soon as you are ready on all parts of this cycle, including business development. We are extremely agile and if you smash your targets quickly we can easily hire people for you to manage. We also provide training for you to reach these levels and are flexible if you prefer focussing on certain parts of the recruitment cycle, say if you want to focus on delivery for example.
GENEROUS COMMISSIONS & BONUSES
We have an extremely generous uncapped commission scheme where you start earning from your first deal. On top of this we offer separate bonus targets and really financially reward excellent performance.

QUALITY NOT QUANTITY

We refrain from nonsensical KPIs like how many hours each day you are on the phone, or how many candidates you reach out to for a role. We would rather you focus on a few of the right candidates than waste everyone's time with the wrong ones!
