The Challenge
A US-based MSSP start-up required urgent help in building out its Microsoft Security product offering, to be rolled out across their sales engineering function.
With around 500 existing employees, the client wanted us to source skilled specialists who would also adapt to their established core values and collected approaches.
Our Approach
To make sure we could locate and target the right specialists within the short working timeline, we focused our efforts on companies that were Microsoft Gold partners. We knew this approach would provide us with candidates that would already have strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Security Stack.
The RESULTS
Armed with an international client portfolio, we were able to draw on our extensive pool of worldwide candidates to quickly fill the client's outstanding roles, with the right skill sets and personalities. We successfully placed 8 security engineers over a 4-month period who matched the client's exact specifications, more than all of the other recruitment partners they worked with.
